Bu Gizlilik Politikası, RemDo mobil uygulamasının kullanıcı bilgilerini nasıl işlediğini açıklamaktadır. RemDo, kullanıcı gizliliğini ön planda tutacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır.

1. RemDo Hangi Bilgileri İşler?

RemDo'nun temel hatırlatma özellikleri cihaz üzerinde çalışır. Kullanıcının oluşturduğu aşağıdaki bilgiler uygulamanın çalışabilmesi için cihazda yerel olarak saklanabilir:

Bu içerikler, RemDo'nun normal kullanımı sırasında geliştiriciye ait bir sunucuya gönderilmez.

2. Hesap Oluşturma

RemDo'nun temel kullanımı için kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmanız veya ad, soyad, telefon numarası ya da e-posta adresi vermeniz gerekmez.

3. Siri ve Sistem Özellikleri

Kullanıcı Siri veya iOS tarafından sağlanan diğer sistem özelliklerini kullanmayı seçerse, sesli komutların ve ilgili sistem verilerinin işlenmesi Apple'ın kendi gizlilik politikaları ve sistem ayarları kapsamında gerçekleşebilir. 4. Fotoğraf ve Dosya Erişimi

6. Satın Alma ve Abonelikler

RemDo, Premium satın alma ve abonelik durumunun yönetilmesi için Apple'ın In-App Purchase altyapısını ve RevenueCat hizmetini kullanabilir.

Satın alma işlemleri Apple tarafından gerçekleştirilir. RemDo geliştiricisi kredi kartı veya banka kartı bilgilerinizi doğrudan görmez ya da saklamaz. RevenueCat; satın alma durumu, ürün bilgisi, abonelik durumu ve satın alma işlemini uygulama ile ilişkilendirmek için gerekli teknik tanımlayıcıları kendi hizmetini sunmak amacıyla işleyebilir.

7. Reklam ve Takip

RemDo, kullanıcıları üçüncü taraf uygulamalar veya web siteleri arasında reklam amacıyla takip etmek için tasarlanmamıştır. Uygulamada gelecekte reklam veya yeni bir takip teknolojisi kullanılması durumunda bu politika ve App Store gizlilik bilgileri güncellenecektir.

8. Verilerin Saklanması ve Silinmesi

Hatırlatmalar ve uygulama içeriğinin büyük bölümü kullanıcının cihazında saklanır. Kullanıcı, ilgili hatırlatmaları veya ekleri uygulama içinden silebilir. 10. Çocukların Gizliliği

12. Gizlilik Tercihleri ve İzinler

This Privacy Policy explains how the RemDo mobile application handles user information. RemDo is designed with user privacy in mind.

1. Information RemDo Processes

RemDo's core reminder features operate on the user's device. The following information may be stored locally on the device to provide the app's functionality:

  • Reminder titles and descriptions
  • Date, time, and repeat settings
  • Priority and reminder preferences
  • Completion status and app settings
  • Photos, files, or links added by the user
  • Local app information required to manage free usage or trial status

During normal use of RemDo, this content is not transmitted to servers operated by the developer.

2. User Accounts

RemDo does not require you to create an account or provide your name, phone number, or email address to use its core features.

3. Siri and System Features

If you choose to use Siri or other features provided by iOS, voice commands and related system data may be processed by Apple according to Apple's own privacy policies and your device settings. RemDo uses only the information provided by the operating system that is necessary to perform the requested app action.

4. Photos and Files

RemDo may use system permissions or file pickers when you choose to attach a photo or file to a reminder. Selected content is used for the reminder functionality and is not independently uploaded by RemDo to servers operated by the developer.

5. Notifications

RemDo uses the device notification system to deliver reminders. Notification permission can be granted or revoked through the operating system settings.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

RemDo may use Apple's In-App Purchase system and RevenueCat to manage Premium purchases and subscription status.

Payments are processed by Apple. The RemDo developer does not directly receive or store your credit or debit card details. RevenueCat may process purchase status, product information, subscription status, and technical identifiers needed to associate purchases with the app and provide its service.

7. Advertising and Tracking

RemDo is not designed to track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes. If advertising or additional tracking technologies are added in the future, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated accordingly.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Most reminder content and app data are stored locally on the user's device. Users can delete reminders and attachments from within the app. Removing the app from the device may remove locally stored app data, subject to the operating system's storage and backup behavior.

Purchase and subscription information retained by RevenueCat or Apple is subject to the retention policies of those respective services.

9. Third-Party Services

RemDo may use the following third-party services:

  • Apple App Store / In-App Purchase
  • Apple Siri and iOS system services
  • RevenueCat

10. Children's Privacy

RemDo does not intentionally seek to collect personal information from children. The app's core features do not require a user account or personal profile.

11. Security

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect user information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

12. Privacy Choices and Permissions

System permissions such as photos, files, Siri, and notifications can be managed and, where applicable, revoked through the iOS Settings app.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if RemDo's features or data practices change. The latest version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
